The Diagnostic and Assessment Program (DAP), provides assessment services to children, adolescents, and their families in Chittenden and Franklin Counties. Children and youth are supported through clinical case management and community skills work to remain in the community. DAP can support youth and families by providing a short term therapeutic foster home or supporting their current home environment. Services include clinical assessment of needs for the individual and family, service coordination, community integration evaluations, school coordination, and may also include psychiatric medication evaluation.
